BIOGRAPHY

Chris Bazeley was born in Bournemouth, England in 1944, the second son of a wartime radar pioneer. He grew up in an environment dominated by extremely talented engineers and technicians. His already over-active imagination was further stimulated by a multitude of intricate and exciting mechanical and constructional projects going on all around him which had a profound impact on the development of Chris’s artistic style. His work is unique in that it combines humour, superb draughtsmanship and watercolor expertise. Chris has painted professionally since 1980 and has exhibited many times on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Consequently he has sold works into important corporate and private collections across the world. Chris now lives in the spectacularly pretty North Cotswolds village of Blockley, in the heart of England.
